The American Medical Student Association (AMSA) invites pre-health students to register for the Empowering Future Physicians Conferences (amsa.org/Conferences).  Held in October, the fall conferences are being hosted this year by Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine (October 11 - 13) just outside of Philadelphia, and Morehouse School of Medicine (October 18 -

The  conference at RowanSOM will feature the theme of "Innovations in Health Care" - with a focus on innovations in health care technology, communications, community-building, and education; two pre-conference symposia will take place on Friday, the 11th:  "Innovations and Medical Professionalism" and "Health Care For All Advocacy."
